| Tutoring Experience: | Warm positive manner, very caring. For 12 years I lectured in Creative Writing at the VCA and Melbourne University, and founded the course in 'Writing For Theatre' at both institutions. I have 7 years experience tutoring VCE English Language, Drama, Theatre Studies and recently Music Investigation, all with excellent results. I also tutor practical writing, exam technique and general essay writing for all occasions. |

| Tutoring Approach: | In the first session the student brings an example of their work or details of their study and other relevant material. I will assess their abilitiies and determine whether we can work well together. In the second session I will present a realistic appraisal of what we can achieve and a proposed course of action that will involve a variety of learning modes, visual, aural, kinesthetic etc. This may be revised during the course of the sessions. |
